Joanne Hader, Principal Researcher and Business Owner,  has been providing research and small business consulting services for 8 years following a career of more than 20 years as a program evaluator and health system researcher in two Canadian provincial governments and arms-length agencies. As a senior level manager Joanne led several large research projects in health system transformation.  She specializes in data collection methods that support implementable objectives to improve policy development and business-process design (aka change).  Joanne is passionate about ‘applied’ research and using both quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making in both public and private sector.

Joanne has taught university classes and research methods and has presented to academic conferences on research methods.  She is respected by her clients and colleagues for delivering results and for the positive energy she brings to demystifying data collection and analysis and to quantitative concepts.

Spenser Morrison, Design Consultant, has been with the organization since 2017.  Now completing his professional education in graphic design, Spenser ensures People First products, such as online surveys and print materials, are visually appealing and meet our clients’ needs for professional presentation.
